How to submit?
The deadline for submissions is April 30. At this stage, you may submit either a full paper or an extended abstract (3-5 pages). Furthermore, you must also submit a concise short abstract.
You will receive a review of your paper by June 15. The report will clearly state whether your contribution is accepted into the conference programme. It will also say whether your paper needs any improvements in order to be included in the Conference Proceedings.
If you wish your paper to be published in the Proceedings, you will be required to submit online the final amended full paper (improved in line with the review) until August 15. Should you not submit the amended full paper by the deadline, we will only be able to include your short abstract in the Book of Abstracts.
Please note that each paper submitted must have at least one unique author. That is, if you wish to submit more than one paper, each of the additional papers must have at least one co-author who is not the co-author of any other paper submitted to MIC. Please also note that you have to pay one participation fee per each paper accepted in the programme.
Detailed submission instructions can be found here.
