1. To assure a room in the Hotel El Mouradi Palace (conference venue) at the special accommodation price contact Mouna Voyages Agency (dr.mounavoyages@planet.tn) as soon as possible. Please mention the Conference MIC or the University of Primorska, Faculty of Management Koper. 

The agreed accommodation prices for MIC participants are:

 - Singles room (B&B): 55 TND per person and per night (approx. 30 EUR).

 - Double room (B&B): 35 TND per person and per night (approx. 19 EUR).

Please note that the meals during the MIC Conference (welcome reception, two business luncheons and two business dinners) are already included in the Conference Fee and you don't need to reserve them or pay for them to the Agency.

The reservation for the hotel accommodation has to be sent to the Agency before October 30^th, 2009; after this date, it may be more difficult to book accommodation in the requested hotel.
